2014: Eric Moo - Shila Amzah "Love Hurricane" Concert
The Star reported on 27 September 2012 that she was chosen to be the opening act for a series of concerts by Eric Moo, a Malaysian award-winning singer-composer, in Beijing starting 17 November.
Shila Amzah said that she knew him because "he was one of the judges
during the competition and his invitation is a huge honour for me." She gave her agreement when he courted her to be in part of his opening act. The Eric Moo - Shila Amzah "Love Hurricane" Concert was eventually held on 26 July 2014.
2014: A Moment Like This and Tian Shen Ji
In 2013, Shila Amzah was given the honour to record the theme song of the Chinese Idol called "A Moment Like This (Chinese Version)" originally sang by Kelly Clarkson . This song was released at iTunes
on 16 July 2013.She was invited to perform at the grand finale of the
programme. In July 2014, Shila Amzah released a single called Tian Shen
Ji . The song is an OST for the online game called Tian Shen Ji. The
song has garnered a lot of praises for smooth high notes and good
pronunciation from Shila's fans in China. This song was released as a
ringtone on iTunes on 4 July 2014.
